RWC may be smaller than most of their competitors in regards to the size of the company but with the management and supervisory personnel that make up their group, they bring over 150 years of construction experience to the table. One of the most important benefits of using RWC that you may not get with other organizations is the fact that the owner of the construction company, Richard Womack, will have a direct role in the management of the construction project, he will be your Project Manager. This fact alone will also help minimize the total cost of any project that RWC is acting as the General Contractor compared to other construction companies due to the nature of the cost that comes with Project Managers. There simply are no cost for a Project Manager associated with a project that RWC is the General Contractor on.
RWC believes that they have been blessed by God for many reasons, one of which is the fact that they strive to honor Him by their high level of integrity in which they operate on a day to day basis when dealing with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and Suppliers. They believe that if they can honor God in their actions then they can please any Owner and Architect.
With all of this in mind, RWC is confident they can be competitive with any other contractor in their market. And also provide the Owner and the Architect with a project that each of them will be proud of, while at the same time making the construction process as effortless as possible for both Owner and Architect.
